The State of Alabama Building Commission requires that all entities offering residential home inspection services in The State of Alabama be licensed to offer such services. On the day of the inspection we will meet you at the property to be inspected and provide you an overview of the process. We encourage all of our clients to attend the inspection and ask any questions that they may have. Our inspections generally begin with the exterior and proceed to the interior. We also follow a top down approach meaning that we will begin the inspection on the upper most level of the property and work our way down in a general clockwise fashion. If additional services have been scheduled they will be performed at the most appropriate time during the inspection.
Payment for the inspection is only made once the inspection is completed and the report is ready for delivery. Once we have completed the report you will be notified via Email that the report is available, you will be prompted to log into your user account, you will be prompted to purchase your report utilizing standard on-line payment methods, and then you will be granted access to your report. The report is best viewed utilizing a web-browser and will be accessible for a period of five (5) years.
